      Pros

      Good for freshers to learn if you get given technology to work till you leave.

      Cons

      Bond for 2+ years. Management is pathetic. The superiors themselves fight to prove in front of boss and will make you suffer lot by pressuring you. Change in technology is frequently which will make you suffer So think it.
