No Pros at all. They will ask you to do everything except what you were hired for. The company is a grocery store.

Cons

The salary is never on time. The HR policy does not exist. It is like a grocery store. Employees have to beg for their salary. The owner does not know anything about Test Preparation. DO NOT JOIN
