Pros

One who is new to the industry will get to know the semiconductor cycle and all the big giants playing their role . They are purely into IC-Testing, so good place for those who are interested in this domain. Open culture, you can talk to whosoever you want. They will celebrate all festivals in great, orthodox manner, and company food at that times will be good ;-) Many Offshore opportunities.

Cons

Salary is terrible. No good hikes.

Pros

Getting an opportunity to work with renowned semiconductor Organisations. Good to start off right after college. Not great to stay for Long.

Cons

Unlike companies which spin off their own products in the millions to the market, tessolve is a consultancy that sells it's Engineering talent as a source of revenue. But here is where everything just breaks down and stops making sense. Being a consultancy it's core asset is not a product but it's own pool of Engineers. And it is with these Engineers that the company has risen through all these years. But instead of compensating this pool of Engineers well, the company chooses to give no benefits, Low wages, Low increments, poor review cycles ( more about this later) and the list goes on. The company's profit margin is a percentage of the bill paid by the client for its Engineers. Hence giving a good raise does not align with Tessolve's interests since it just eats into their portion of the employees bill charge to the client. Review cycles are a joke and kept for a namesake. The pathetically Low increment is fixed regardless of performance. Promotion also does not take into account the efforts but rather focuses on the seniority of the employee.
