      Working on Eagle test systems and understanding ICs at datasheet level.

      Cons

      Worklife balance. Overworking. Less pay. Less increments. Internal Groups. Managers find scapegoats to take the blame. Worst compensation for OnSite work. Pay never catches up with inflation.
