      Pros

      Terraphase is a technically excellent firm, with a great reputation in the industry and a diverse client base. Terraphase is still small enough to be nimble for its clients and employees, but has many of the resources of a large company. The company is for those who want an opportunity for leadership and upward mobility.

      Cons

      Terraphase is currently going through a growth phase, growing pains are to be expected. I wouldn’t call this a con, but Terraphase is not for those who lack drive or ambition. Also not a con for some: There is nowhere to hide if you are interested in doing the bare minimum.

      I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Terraphase. The company offers a strong work-life balance and fosters an inclusive, supportive culture. I’ve had the opportunity to learn from highly knowledgeable technical experts, and the team overall is made up of great people who are collaborative and approachable. Compensation is competitive, which adds to the overall positive work environment.
