Pros
The management is ready to provide all the tools and resources for work and learning and they won't compromise anything on that. This is probably one of the best things at Terma. The projects are really ambitious and each person on the team are best in their fields, so, it is a great place for learning and growth. The salary is great and they offer other lucrative incentives as well.
Cons
Since it is a startup, the initial days were a little rough in terms of direction. Communication issues, sometimes.
