Oh boy! Where to start, hmm how about first day: I was told "they always say that the company won't be able to replace them, but we have no trouble" Well if that isn't a sign of high turnover and little regard from the management team then what is?! Normally I would simply quit, however this is the age of covid! Needless to say there is just about every workplace disfunction you can shake a stick at including: Almost non existent documentation (ISO9001 is not related to day to day running of a business, just to answer previous reviewers!!!) Clueless and super aggressive sociopath managers with no regard for laws Flawed business models Extremely untidy mess almost everywhere Cameras watch you in every place Not allowed to talk Unrealistic expectations

No management skills Disgusting behaviour from other engineers Very clicky business if your face don't fit
