      You can slack with no real consequences

      Cons

      Pretty unprofessional work envt, lacking constructive feedback. Also the production software is in no way stable or scalable. Newer employees are excluded and treated as disposable.

      Good start to get experience.

      Cons

      Leadership os very bad and very toxic work environment. Owners are very insulting and don't listen. If you aren't a part of the 'friend group' you get insulted or targeted. Also President is slightly a bit more favorable towards men than women when it comes to listening. Technology is also very outdated and everything is kind of spaghetti'd together.
