      Seemingly unlimited commission, fast and easy licensing, support coaches and friendly vibes.

      Cons

      Pushy sales tactics disguised as a team culture, recruitment despite saying they do not recruit, and primarily on the job training as the schooling is "stupid."

      Cons

      Restructuring and amalgamation with sister company changed a lot of the culture in a negative way, while I was there at least.
