Nothing. Only data punching. No Pros.

Cons

Data punching job across teams and levels. Don't join if you want to do something meaningful in your life. They send you the Job description as if you will be doing Financial Analysis instead you will be doing data punching only. HR and Management is playing con. Once you leave your current job you will have no other option to exit or leave the job atleast for 4-6 months. Please dont go by the job description, its fake.

Cons

Expect zero growth, clumsy work environment, poor infrastructure, no knowledge gaining platform, no appreciation for your hard work, really poor management (including the HR), dull workspace, and yes, absolutely nothing to learn from your seniors except politics. Trust me, your career could be at stake if you are stuck here for long.
