      i have to sincere with this review the best thing in this project is the knowledge from Google.

      35 Myr for medical per month. Worst Management. HR never ever inform the correct information about Tax. Unprofessional working environment

      Management needs to fix root cause of the problems. Your employees are humans, value them. Unreliable system. Get penalized for matters out of employee's control.

      Pros

      Due to the difficult working environment, most colleagues are very helpful and kind. If you live in the east, the location is convenient too.

      Cons

      1. 1 year bond. 2. Deduction of pay if u need mc before your probation. 3. When u pass your probation, they will ask for valid reason before they allow you to take your AL. 4. They will withhold your salary if you want to leave earlier.(The only valid reason anyone can withhold your salary is when you owe income tax, so this is illegal).
