Cons

Micromanagement & Public Misrepresentation: Management heavily micromanages employees. While they publicly boast about employee welfare at conferences, the internal reality is a low-quality, subpar HR management experience. Moreover, you cannot eat anything other than a plain water with a transparent water bottle in the desk due to a Korean colleague who was drunk due to drinking beer in office Unfair Equipment Policies: Employees are provided with used work accessories. If the equipment breaks, the company forces a payroll deduction to cover the cost, claiming it is the only accepted payment method. Lack of Communication: HR is highly unprofessional and lacks effective, transparent communication with staff.
