Pros

Well I don't think there are any pros other then "Culture"

Cons

Everything is considered under the name of Culture. No targets set,People sell the products as per what they feel even if it is making loss to the company and the best part of the story is even the management is ok to run a business under losses. But I think so this a part of their culture. If you are working for Money,Carrier Growth ,then this is not at all a place to work. Salaries are a major concern.The company claims to be a 100 cr company.I wonder a 16 year old company just having a portfolio of 100 cr. Do not expect any incentives again it is a part of their culture.I think so delay in the salary is also a part of their culture. The top management is horrible.Here your designations are set as per your connivence. As I said earlier ,Under culture everything is considered.But suddenly the managements asks you for targets and business out of no where with no strategies in place.

Pros

Friendly nature and Good product in market to give competition to others

Cons

No Growth on career and No Punctuality on timings. Only show off candidates will survive with their time pass skills and Pampers to Managers. some employees dont know the basic Knowledge and Idea about work. no salaries on time worst management they dont need that much of employees in company. In each team some managers are zero at managing team members.

As an organization wide initiative we have incorporated new processes that will help employees give feedback about their managers in transparent manner via 360 feedback mechanism. Billion Dollor Blunder

None at all... still if you want to screw your career and life, it is the best place to be in.....!! They have a Billion Dollor Dream, but have no idea how to reach there...!!

Cons

Worst Management and worst is the visionary's vision is blurred by the fools surrounding him. VP Marketing dont know the M of marketing, Regional heads o living in his own la la land , not their mistake, mostly relatives and friends, have not seen any thing outside this organization and same is case of most of the so called top management officials. No Farsightedness , No Vision, No Goal No or week planning Fiananicialy Bankcrrupt - as it seems to be as they deafult on the vendor payments, telco bills and worst employee salaries, and this is not because of Covid, they are well trained in defulting employee salaries from many years now. since no salaries, how can there be any incentives, Bonus or any kind of facilities. No Ethics or character Highly Un-professional week products and immeture planning No budgets for any thing at all They will hire you on some level and salaries and will change it on their will within months, so if they are offering you some overseas position, dont fall into the trap, they will make your life miserable, will not pay the salary as per the offer/Appointment Letter and if some thing they pay, it will never be on time and if you will try to get rid of them and want to quit, they will try their level best to punish you and sabotag your career. youngsterns stay away, you will not learn any thing, they dont even know employee skill development programs, Reward and Recognitions etc.
