VP Marketing dont know the M of marketing, Regional heads o living in his own la la land , not their mistake, mostly relatives and friends, have not seen any thing outside this organization and same is case of most of the so called top management officials.

They will hire you on some level and salaries and will change it on their will within months, so if they are offering you some overseas position, dont fall into the trap, they will make your life miserable, will not pay the salary as per the offer/Appointment Letter and if some thing they pay, it will never be on time and if you will try to get rid of them and want to quit, they will try their level best to punish you and sabotag your career.
youngsterns stay away, you will not learn any thing, they dont even know employee skill development programs, Reward and Recognitions etc.
