1. no motivation/no recognition 2. worst place if you're looking for career growth 3. no process is defined for any teams/none of the process is carried out according to the employee/manager plan 4. Management maintenance is very low 5. if the manager does not like, you are very likely to be provoked to put your resignation 6. If you are not any of the above all sorts of issues will be seen [like you not being provided WFH, recognition, hikes, etc] 7. the HR doesn't support in any way/management HR 8. being an employee, they have to work on all the languages so one cannot get well versed any language. so you will have to learn and implement a new concept with mentioned time, which might be like days, hours, etc. 9.
