Pros
Great product. Good for project managers/engineers. Completed projects will look good on CVs. Trick is to make up your mind to endure the huge amount of negatives you may encounter, get the experience and ship out. I was able to ignore the work environment and get out quick.
Cons
I noticed an active hierarchy and pecking order system. It seems that nepotism and the old boy network is thriving. Management is still clinging to old fashioned office methods. Nasty cliques in the office staff and bullying is open, rife and practiced apparently with impunity. I have witnessed what I believe to be sexism and discrimination embedded in the company culture. Old fashioned office methods are evident and it feels like you're working in a different era. Stuck in the 80s.
