1. Lots of challenging tasks to learn and grow. 2. Big team to work with. 3. On time salary. (Promised to provide within 25th of current moth but pulled towards the 1st week of next month)
Cons
1. Lunch and other facilities getting worst day by day 2. You will be charged if you go for a small walk during lunchtime 3. Breakfast at 11:30 am to 12pm 4. Requirements for projects are unclear. 5. In time is fixed but there is no out time 6. You will have 1 day salary deduction if you get late for 3 days in month. 7. You will be promised lots of annual leaves including Sick leave, Casual leave and earned leave but if you take more than 2 leaves in a month they will force you to work on weekends even if you have leaves. 8. 6 moths provision period, during this time no leave facilities and no increment after provision period. 9. Some managers will throw work on you without telling scope or proper documentation and without any requirements. 9. Management will indirectly force you to stay after office hours by including day-end meetings and unrealistic deadlines.
