Great learning environment but poor management

Cons
Poor management. Late salary almost every month. Salary is also in cross check form which can be sometimes declined by the bank due to multiple issues and the cheque also take 2 days to clear. No benefits at all. There are total 14 annual leaves that you cannot consume in bulk and have some weird division of leaves throughout the year. First 3 months No leave allowed. Next 4 months only one leave in a month Next 5 months 2 leaves in a month. Salary can be deducted in case of more than allowed leaves which will be deducted by 22 day salary calculation not monthly salary. No appreciation for work no matter how hard you work. Lack basic facilities like a good pc, chair or led, some employees still work on square shape lcd 2004 model.
