      Good benefits but disappointing experience

      Pros

      Good base pay, generous holiday entitlement, fully remote, and flexible working hours - able to take breaks to walk the dog during the day.

      Cons

      Company presents itself as having an impressive social mission but disappointingly this isn't delivered on in reality. CEO drives a culture where people are afraid to say anything other than 'yes' to her. High levels of staff turnover.

      Pros

      Great level of support and trust. Amazing team of motivated individuals that want what is best for all parties involved (colleages and learners). Heavy focus on diversity and neuro-diversity. Time to focus on upskilling and CPD. Flexibility.

      None that I can think of immediately!

      Pros

      - Lack of micromanagement. You’re trusted from Day 1 to get going. - Flexibility. Office hours are clear but no clock-watching for medical appointments etc. - Approachable Management. Everyone wants you to succeed.

      Cons

      We work hard: that’s not a ‘con’ as such, but we are on a mission and have a lot of work to do. If you’re not a team player then this isn’t the job for you!
