It is a good learning place, with very cooperative co-workers.

Cons

At the management level Techshu is a chaos. They are so cofused about their own processes, more often than not the hasty decisions set settled things totally off the track. There are people at the higher level who makes things difficult for the workers with unnecessary interference.

Good infra that too because they have their office in someone else's space.

Cons

There are many to point a few: 1. Salary: always late at least by 10 to 20 days 2. There are brain birds in management team, specially a few 3. On the verge to get closed 4. If you are good at buttering go ahead join or else don't 5. Employee and customer retention worst in the industry vertical 6. They talk large and do nothing 7. The team use to be good, all the good employee left in the previous year.
