1. Timely Salary and always get what we have been promised at the time of joining. No hidden conditions 2. Performance is the only key for appraisal, which allows deserving candidates (no matter whether he is junior or senior) to get better returns of their hardwork. 3. No bar on salary hike, goes to 200% for some of the hard workers 4. No barrier on project responsibilities, everyone in team is allowed to take any challenge they want and hence helping candidates to learn lot of technical things at real time 5. Open door policy - Every employee, right from office boy to managers can walk down to Management and discuss the issues if they have any 6. Though most of the people does not know, management is so kind to help in personal problems of every individual who walks down to their cabin.
