Pros
Salary was competitive, benefits were fantastic, company culture was very positive, onboarding process was smooth and I felt like my supervisor actually cared about me as a person.
Cons
I had a great first few months ... and then they decided to terminate me the day after my birthday because they were getting rid of my department. It was the coldest and fastest sacking I've ever witnessed, and I used to work in insurance. I was terminated effective immediately, and HR didn't even have a box for me to put my things in. They had to empty out a box of circuit boards for me to use. And then I was quickly ushered out without the chance to even say goodbye to my coworkers. I halfway expected the FBI to be waiting for me on charges of selling state secrets. At least they let me keep my unopened mango seltzer.
