Tech To U expects its staff to be responsible for their work. This can be considered a "con" because you can't hide your inability to do work behind someone else. As a result this has made me be more responsible, more accountable and more capable with managing incoming and outgoing work.
Our work involves problem solving and having to come up with new solutions and creative thinking. Issues we encounter here are never exactly the same and it does mean you have to think and problem solve each day.
I have worked here for 8.5 years and I am still learning each and every day.
