I started as a junior software developer with a lot to learn, but my colleagues were patient, supportive, and always willing to help me grow. Over time, I’ve taken on more responsibilities and was promoted to a technical lead — something I’m really proud of and grateful for. I deeply appreciate my manager’s recognition and the opportunities I’ve had to develop both my technical and leadership skills.
