      The pro is you get to meet a lot of nice foreigners and be friends with them.

      Cons

      The con is you're treated like your a lower position if you cannot speak perfect native Japanese.

      Pros

      As a foreigner in Tokyo , TeamLab provides a foreigner friendly environment. The staff there are nice to foreigners. It is a good place to grow but not to strive.

      Cons

      Room for further career advancement is highly limited. The system of the system just repel skilled workers and make them leave the company .

      Few opportunities to move up, terrible customers, little to no protection from them, garbage pay, bad higher ups
