      Pros

      Great staff support and friendly atmosphere with all staff well travelled and with a lot of knowledge.

      Cons

      No opportunity to progress up in the company Or work part time if you have children. Also management favour staff and not treated equal and nothing was kept personal as everyone would come to find out your business.

      Pros

      change the culture or your business will fail. stop promoting within and with those who don't have the correct skills to lead teams and be inclusive.

      Cons

      toxic environment with too many established employees that have been there for over 20 years and no fresh ideas or new way of thinking. not a consultative approach but rather reactive not proactive. Everyone knows your business and all confidential information is leaked. Only a handful of employees want change and the rest are happy to be floaters waiting for their friends and relatives within the business to promote them. No inclusiveness or recognition based on merit.
