toxic environment with too many established employees that have been there for over 20 years and no fresh ideas or new way of thinking. not a consultative approach but rather reactive not proactive. Everyone knows your business and all confidential information is leaked. Only a handful of employees want change and the rest are happy to be floaters waiting for their friends and relatives within the business to promote them. No inclusiveness or recognition based on merit.
