Become a matchmaker to meet people. Use those new connections to quit your job with Tawkify.
Pros
If you choose to work at Tawkify, the best thing you can do is develop relationships with your interesting clients. You will likely be exposed to some incredible connections. It opens some lucrative doors for future opportunities. I have created wonderful relationships, both personal and professional, thanks to the amazing clients I worked with at Tawkify. Matchmaker could be an excellent position for someone as an additional source of income, or someone who is looking for a building block. You can flex your interpersonal talents, and contribute creatively in an event planning capacity. They also don't care when you get your job done, just so long as it gets done. Great for night owls, part-timers, etc.
Cons
Pay is strictly commission based, and fairly feeble. There are bonus incentives, but I'm not certain anyone is earning them. It ties into your client load, which is restricted until your clients have completed their package. This creates a culture for matchmakers to exclusively SATISFY A QUOTA instead of working to find appropriately screened, solid matches for people. Also, if someone cancels their date or has to reschedule, things completely outside your control, you will not get paid until that person goes out. Your pay can be directly affected by things you have zero control over. The turnover rate is quite high because of these factors, and you will notice they are constantly hiring for new matchmakers. At the end of the day-- matchmaker is a sales job. Churn out matches, make more money. It's not outside the realm of possibility for quality to be sacrificed in order to increase a paycheck. It's an ethical conundrum.
