      poor company culture, favoritism towards office employees (writers, programmers, etc.) and abuse/lack of appreciation for work done at the associate level (routinely setting up employees to fail as guinea pigs for leadership's uninformed & flawed structural/process changes), poor leadership communication and lack of consistency around company policy, goals, and mission

      -Tavour is a very performance and data driven company. If you work hard, stay focused on goals and show results you will do well here. -There is a lot of opportunity to grow with the company as it continues to be the best online craft beer retailer in the country. -The office environment is fun and friendly! It is important to Tavour to have a positive company culture and they hire people they think will add to it. We have company parties and monthly happy hours for team bonding! -You can be yourself here and bring creative ideas to the table without being judged or shot down. Collaboration is welcomed and encouraged! -Be prepared to travel often for the Business Development role. -DOGS! BEER! SNACKS!

      Start up culture is not for everyone. If you like a lot of structure this might not be the best fit for you. Some positions here are more structured than others but as a growing company we are always improving, changing and wearing many different hats at times.
