Can get very Good motivation, but not right Salary.

Cons

After the arrival of some Educomp leaders into the organisation, the company lose it's originality in terms of work culture and style. All of us running behind daily targets, and couldn't satisfy the existing customers in terms of after sales service. You shouldn't expect hike and incentives, just need to manage your life with the less package, they give.

Even if i had a few pros to talk about, the cons are so hard that you forget the pros

Cons

You will cry like a dog to receive your settlement amount during off boarding You will never get a reply for your email/call on time. Most of the time people at HO are chilling without helping people on the field with what they need. No value for a person's time. You will have to cry for your bonus with month's of follow up.

Timely Salary, Group Insurance and Performance Bonus, Association with Tata Brand Name.

Cons

No work life balance, lot of unnecessary work load, untimely con calls can be held any time when your boss is free, unprofessional attitude of seniors, reporting to multiple bosses, very less growth chances if you are not in sales, very less salary as compared to job responsibility, No adequate support provided by senior on field. no importance given to field staff. Seniors have no leadership qualities they are just concerned with their work for the sake of their targets, worthless internal politics and uncompetitive seniors is the hindrance in the path of this company.
