Bad Work-Life balance, you work from 6am to 4:30pm or 7:30am to 5pm, however they don't take into account that you have to go ON SITE to work (even though this isn't the kind of work that would require that) and due to horrible traffic you almost end up spending 5 or 4 extra hours JUST getting to the building and returning home, which is time that should be compensated but it isn't. Horrible compensation, not only do they fire people constantly but they also give the few workers they have more work and get mad when you don't accept that or do as you're told, even though your salary remains the same and they even STEAL money from you, if you get one simply typo on an email, or don't use all caps on a word, they take money away from you which sounds like an excuse to simply not pay the already miser salary they offer. Bad management, not every single supervisor is like this but some of them use their power for their own benefit, constantly belittle workers on their team, choose some people over others, speak badly about others behind their back, and act childish when they're called out. Company has not a single time showed any sort of stance for discriminated people such as POC, LGBTQI+, Women or disabled people and even in the work culture is is common to see even SUPERVISORS make fun of gender-non conforming people and belittle women. Do not work here, they care about profit, not you.
