      Pros

      Depending which shift you’re on you can work with some pretty good guys who’ve been there a while and make a bad day go a lot smoother, this is a good job for guys fresh out of welding school and wanting to get some job experience

      Cons

      Pay was too low especially for the work you’re doing, the shift managers are decent but the upper management have no idea what’s going on, often times you will work 14-16 hour shifts,
