Upper management and the owners are great people who really care about the growth of the company. It was great to work for an organization where you could see owners literally getting their hands dirty to make the job better. The work life balance is great. It's like a family thete. They really do care.

They offer benefits, competitive vacation time, overtime, and some small reimbursement programs

President of the Company, lack of clear communication, backseat managers, your ideas are their ideas,
