- I echo so many of the cons said by others - terrible agency culture because of the misogynistic and toxic CEO... inappropriate comments, belittling, loyalty to profits over literally anything else, and a fake commitment to DEI. There's been insane turnover and it is unsurprising. I'm glad I got out when I did.
- They do not walk the walk when it comes to investing in their people. They may say "do a great job and you'll advance and succeed here" but as someone else said - unless you get in with leadership, they'll BS ANY excuse they can to not actually promote from within so they don't have to pay you more.
- Benefits, pay, and maternity/paternity leave are laughable. *Maybe* if Taoti was a phenomenal place to work, you could look past the "doing the bare minimum because of profits" approach but there are so many other decent agencies that ACTUALLY care about their people. Stay far away from any company that doesn't have a legitimate HR department and modern family leave policies - it's not 1996 anymore.
- If you do join Taoti, do not, I repeat, do not go on the boat.
