      Good place to get experience

      1.Toxic work enviroment ,poor onboarding and trainees have no freedom to choose area he/she is interested in speacializing.You are just assigned.It can limit you to choose right career path esp when you are starting your journey in tech . 2.If you don't perform as trainee ,you are dropped despite you signing a 3-year contract .
