Pros

upto 50% Cash salaries to avoid taxes.

Cons

If you’re looking to grow or learn, this isn’t the place. The environment is extremely micromanaged, especially by top leadership, and very little autonomy is given. Your day-to-day activities from arrival times to breaks are closely monitored, creating a restrictive work atmosphere. There is a pattern of internal politics and favoritism, which often results in unfair treatment. Female employees, in particular, may feel undervalued, as inappropriate behavior and comments sometimes go unchecked. Many commitments made during the hiring process are not honored later, so getting everything documented is essential. There are a few supportive individuals who genuinely prioritize employees’ well-being and work-life balance, but the overall culture is dominated by rigidity, conservatism, and practices that can feel demoralizing. Unless the broader leadership approach changes, even the positive voices may struggle to remain.

Pros

They pay market competitive salaries.

Cons

Not the ideal place if you're looking for learning and career growth The work environment is heavily micromanaged, especially by the CEO, which limits autonomy and development. During the interview process, the HR head tends to present an overly positive image of the company and makes commitments that aren't always honored. If any promises are made, it's strongly advised to get them in writing.
