Your day-to-day activities from arrival times to breaks are closely monitored, creating a restrictive work atmosphere. There is a pattern of internal politics and favoritism, which often results in unfair treatment. Female employees, in particular, may feel undervalued, as inappropriate behavior and comments sometimes go unchecked. Many commitments made during the hiring process are not honored later, so getting everything documented is essential. There are a few supportive individuals who genuinely prioritize employees’ well-being and work-life balance, but the overall culture is dominated by rigidity, conservatism, and practices that can feel demoralizing.
