I guess it can't get worse than this.

Cons

It used to be Agility CIS and rebranded it because of bad press. Bad salary and there are always excuses to avoid giving a rise. Company policy is not to provide training. Outdated technology and methodologies. Total lack of respect for employees, you're less than a number. No career, no benefits, no way to provide feedback about bad management.

There's nothing good about working here.

Cons

Empty promises never fulfilled, low salaries, bad technology stack, no transferable skills to gain, any capable professional already left, constant stressful time logging, no chance of moving forward or any positive change, bad one-sided yearly reviews, management who doesn't care. I've never worked in a worse place than this. They even renamed the company because of such a bad press, it used to be Agility CIS.

Tally expects high performance, but in exchange for hard work they offer very flexible work options. I am able to get my work done around a very complicated life schedule - something I truly appreciate.

Cons

We move very fast, and it's easy to get left behind or lost in the dust. This is a fast-moving, evolving company, reflective of the broader energy industry. Be prepared to pivot quickly as strategic priorities change.
