      Guys, I am working in this company from past 1.5 years as a Software Developer and I can confidently tell that if you are serious for your career and want to grow then it's a very good company. Always there will be a scope for Talentpace employees to learn and experience new technologies and customer interaction. I am very proud to be part of Talentpace.

      Cons

      I must say the way they nurture every resource to become a real software professional is really awesome, however at times you may feel you are pushed little too much to pick up the new area. I personally believe that has made me realize every time that I have more potential than I thought about myself and I am very thankful to them to make me realize about it.

      U get free internet, if you need a Pro, this is all I can say LoL

      Ever seen worst HR in life ? Ever saw a fraud company cheating clients ? Welcome to Talentpace. Worked here for more than a year, mind you, a year. It should be an achievement, given the most silliest environment company has. Company is headed by two stupids, luring people with fake promises, cheating them. A complaint is sooner or later will be lodged against them for irregularities, go and join them if you want to witness HELL.

      1. Opportunity to work on Cutting Edge Technologies 2. Good exposure to work on projects from various domains 3. Opportunity to learn the things quite fast as the company provides numerous opportunities. 4. Opportunity to work with global clients especially from Newzeland, Malaysia, Singapore

      Cons

      I don't find any serious cons with this company. I believe being company of small to midsize the way projects handled, employees welfare is managed is awesome.
