      Pros

      Most of people are nice, kind, and collaborative. The managers are nice and helpful and always give the employees the opportunities to grow in their career.

      Cons

      Some coworkers are toxic, rude, hard to work with even though their work performance or result is not that great either. Despite complaints from other colleagues after many years, the manager still keep those people. Probably being rude is not part of the company's policy of letting go
