      - Ability to Travel -Ability to present and work on own ideas -Location

      Cons

      -Low paying - Poor work like balance -Unlimited vacation days with no availability to use because you can't travel due to work events/commitments, and need to be on call

The leadership team is passionate, forward-thinking, innovative, and truly cares about the product and team. They have outstanding founders with diverse backgrounds and excellent experience, who invest significant time fine-tuning the product, and supporting their team to learn, excel, and thrive.
