Pros

Since I joined, I've been really impressed with the team at Tagkast --- intelligent, no ego, collaborative, and very passionate at what they do. The photo technology is cutting-edge and ahead of the competition in terms of analytical features. Tagkast is a leader in the photo marketing industry for a reason. The leadership team is passionate, forward-thinking, innovative, and truly cares about the product and team. They have outstanding founders with diverse backgrounds and excellent experience, who invest significant time fine-tuning the product, and supporting their team to learn, excel, and thrive. Great people. A really exciting product. A lot of opportunities to step up and develop your role. Other Cool Perks: - Competitive Salary - Free Lunch Fridays - Free Snacks - MacBook Air - Startup Culture

Cons

There will be new challenges at any company. Nothing you can’t handle if you have the right work ethic and do your job.

Pros

Tagkast is an marketing software, so you get to talk to a lot of cool people on a day to day basis. Opportunities to meet your companies in person and see their offices (I was able to visit Boston Beer which was really cool!). Helpful management staff, they make sure that you have the tools necessary to succeed, and if you don't they will be open to suggestions. I actually had one of the CEO's help me with Grad school applications which shows there commitment and care for their employees wellbeing. You get a brand new MacBook Air to work on. Free food on Friday from local Chicago restaurants. Beer 'o' clock during Friday meetings. Game room with Mario Kart available during lunch and after work. Not a micro-management atmosphere, if you produce then you are encouraged to use your own method to keep going!

Cons

Some of the accounts have been worked by a few different past reps so it can be little harder to get into them if you don't add the correct contacts, but if you add your own accounts you can build a big book of business. Like any startup company, their are hiccups, but that is to be expected with any smaller company.
