      Cons

      Isn't for the faint of heart, requires attention to detail and familiarity of different client needs. Requires initiative and discipline to learn process, there isn't a lot of hand holding.

      The owner would buy lunch about once a month and the upstairs break room was pretty cool.

      Toxic environment, unrealistic expectations and weekly meetings that literally involve telling one person everything they are doing wrong.

      Bonus is given when being recognized for good work, health benefits, work life balance, good community, paid lunch get togethers, and occasional company parties.

      Cons

      Workload can get overwhelming at times and the company is small so you may need to go into other roles you aren't specialized in, so people who aren't as versatile may struggle.
