Salary is low compared to competitors managers think they know everything people are not encouraged e.g.:"if you were geniuses you would not be working here", "this is how we do things here" Most of the revenue is provided by renting staff to other companies as consultants. If such contracts are not renewed employees are left a bit in the dark about their professional future in the company one important manager has a borderline harassing attitude (especially but not limited to female employees).
