Pros

Some really amazing and talented people and learnt a lot.

Cons

Always felt like I was fighting to get pay increases. Was exhausting when every staff meeting was talking about growing and expanding when it felt like they weren't focusing on looking after the people they had. I felt like if you are performing well, you just get ignored and it's easy to plateau. Management was too busy when I really needed support on some sticky situations. Felt like they were also not well supported though.

Pros

Training hub has everything you would ever want training on, a lot of social / client / industry events that they encourage staff to attend. People manager support and regular check ins. Benefits such as parking access, industry memberships, cellphone allowance, etc.

Cons

There is no salary matrix or range for positions - some people do exactly the same thing and have completely different salaries (up to $20k more/less). Little opportunity for performance-based pay rises for those in lower level positions and very little opportunity for career growth.

Becoming too corporate, more worried about the money than the people and projects as they used to be.
