      Pros

      Sell you great perks in the Interview Process. Bonus Scheme is well paid.

      Please do not come here if you have a stable job. During my 6 months probation period I saw every new joiner fired after the 6month period including myself. I wish I knew this before I left my previous job for this ´wonderful well paid job´. If you are out of work and need something temporary- its great, however if you´re looking for something long term, please avoid. It seems to be the system they have set up in order to save costs, and I saw a lot of great employees left stuck and in horrible situations due to this. It also seems to be very old fashioned in management which I never adressed in my time there, due to the fear of being fired. I was told to ´smile more´ during team meetings, not to show emotions and was given the department of make-up and beauty due to being female. I also saw a lot of discrmination to do with race and culture, you would think a company that prides its self on its ínternationalism´ would take this more seriously. Quote ´shoot down the plane if it has another ****** man on it. This was reported by myself and another memeber of staff as it was completely unacceptable and was never followed up with. Overall avoid.

In addition to our HR Business Partners and People Managers, the trusted representatives elected by our employees are also available at all times. We are people who enjoy working together and take pride in being ourselves at work. This certainly includes showing emotions, discussing issues until we find the best solution and working together. That’s why more than 800 people choose to work for Trusted Shops. We know that a sales job in the highly competitive SaaS industry can be challenging, which is why we offer every newcomer the opportunity to take part in our Sales Academy. We also provide them with experienced in-house coaches who take care of the individual development of our sales colleagues. It is true that we cluster our customers according to their industry. This makes it easier for our sellers to prepare for an industry. The sectors are allocated according to the preferences (and their availability) of our Trustees. Gender plays no role in this process.       Not a meritocratic employer

      Pros

      People are generally nice, the vibe is young and laid back. Job is safe as it's a German company. Not much pressure unless you are in sales or in the audit department.

      Cons

      No clear direction. Strategy keeps changing every X months. Teams are continuosuly rearranged depending on the CEOs mood. Personal relationship to management (as well as being German) is key to make promotions, managers who disagreed with the CEO were let go. The product is not that competitive in terms of functionalities, also due to the fact that their IT department is full with product managers instead of engineers, so they can't execute the IT roadmap. Market leader in Germany thanks to the strong brand built over the years but struggling in other regions.

      Dear feedback giver, thanks for your feedback and suggestions. We are working in e-commerce - a constantly changing environment. Of course, we need to adapt to external factors such as higher online shopping behavior due to the pandemic or lower online shopping behavior through inflation and the energy crisis. In addition, our hyper-growth over the last two years led to changes within the organization. But for years we follow the same strategic vision to enable trust between businesses and people and every project works towards this vision. This year, we have strengthened our executive board to improve further and set the right focus. We are really looking forward to all the challenges of this year.       Fair salaries highly needed

      Teamwork and colleagues are great. Work-life balance is a big plus.

      Cons

      No clear guidance, management has no clue about the importance of certain roles, and salary is a joke based on the current market value.
