      Pros

      One of the best statups I have worked for in my career. Founders are incredible open and available and have 0 ego when it comes to collaboration. Always providing valuable insight and open to suggestions. Data oriented product team and company as a whole, great communication across departments and a fun place to work. The culture and people are amazing, the company has embraced the full time remote working culture has a clear path forward. Little to no politics and a "get sh*t done" attitude makes this place great. Management is committed to helping you level up and excel in your career path which is refreshing. Amazing time to join this company and some extremely talented people on board. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

      Pros

      Super great team. Ex-FB and Ex-Google engineers. Business is really taking off. You can sense the excitement about the opportunity at hand.

      Cons

      The team is super positive about the company direction and that translates into a bit longer than normal hours because everyone wants to get the company to the next level. The office is getting a bit crammed. Moving to a bigger office would improve the work environment.
