      Benefits, great co workers, impact, and schedule flexibility

      Cons

      Travel can be a lot depending on the project; bonus percentage is lower than other companies; redundant projects (similar goals)

      Pros

      Consulting services are strong and seem to get results and be supportive of students and teachers. Many smart, funny, warm colleagues. Working remotely is ideal for many, very generous holiday/time-off benefits and 7% retirement matching. Birthday, anniversary, holiday gift cards, $400 wellness money.

      Cons

      When someone leaves, backfills are uncommon and remaining staff absorb the work without additional recognition or pay. It is extremely difficult to be promoted from within.
