Supportive Colleagues, Poorly Managed Company

The best part of working here was the people. My department had some of the most supportive and hardworking colleagues I’ve ever worked with, and my close team genuinely made the job enjoyable. They were reliable, collaborative, and always willing to help each other, which created a positive atmosphere even during busy periods.
Cons
The organisation has been struggling for a long time, and this has only become more obvious since I left. The company has been merging departments, demoting experienced staff, and offering redundancies to others. My former team leader was recently demoted during the restructuring and chose to leave immediately, which says a lot about the current state of the business. Staff cuts have become frequent, and morale appears to be declining rapidly. These issues reflect deeper problems: inconsistent bonus structures, unrealistic workloads with no room for error, poor communication, and staff retention issues. The company has been poorly run for some time, and the recent decisions suggest it is continuing to go downhill.
