Cutting edge technology. Spoiled engineers.

Cons

Management team is running the company in chaos. The company doesn't have any solid plan on the business. Every single decision is to be made only by CEO, who is humiliating employees all the time. Management team is treating employees as slaves who are willing to do anything asked for money.

Small & dynamic company environment with lot of opportunity to learn. Good salary.

Cons

Extraordinarily abusive & insulting. Can only work if you don't care about your dignity & professionalism. No professional or personal integrity in the management. Employees are treated like slaves. If you don't attend calls on weekends, someone will show up at your house to pick you up. It's simple harassment.

1. Very smart management and engineering team. 2. Dedicated team willing to work long hours and weekends to meet aggressive time tables for development of very complex systems on a chip 3. Company was able to develop a very challenging technology in near record time at a reasonable cost

Cons

1. Management systems need to be upgraded to improve communications between the engineering team and management, particularly with respect to tape outs, work flow, and product roadmap 2. Management and board need to have more frequent meetings with well organized agendas and standardized reporting
