Pros

-Great work life balance -Flexible remote working option and understanding colleagues and bosses

Cons

-Too many employees=Too much competition -Currently very very stagnant, barely any growth -Cafeteria is the worst I have seen with any employer. Its a shame with such a big brand name, you would expect at least some decent food in the cafeteria.

Pros

Salary Bonus Gifts at Christmas

Cons

Zero training for a role that would require at least two months in a classroom setting. Management nice but pushy with stats Customers treat your horribly and harass you. When you go to management for help they will gaslight you and you will feel like your job is at risk. You end up working more than what you are paid for. Not worth your time.

Pros

Good company, good senior management, very good actuarial development policy. Exam raises are between $2k-$5k. Good rotation program.

Cons

Compensation could be better. Worst benefits program, no RRSP matching first 12 months of working (its BS)
